Our primary mission at Kreative Community Services is to offer individuals with developmental disabilities person-centered services and supports aiming to achieve the best quality of life possible.
Our program is dedicated to enriching the lives of each individual through enhanced behavior services and supports designed to realize their potential while recognizing their unique needs.
The services and supports for each individual attending the KCS – Bridge program are developed and approved by the Individual, family members, North Bay Regional Center, and members of the Interdisciplinary Team together with the KCS team which includes a BCBA, Nurse, Recreation Therapist and Consultants specializing in a variety of areas.
Dr. Aloe has over 20 years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Dr. Aloe is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Certified Instructor for Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Certified Instructor for the American Red Cross, Regional Trainer for the National Task Group on Intellectual Disabilities & Dementia, a California State Instructor and Proctor for the Direct Support Professional Training Certification
Kumar has a B.S. in Biology as well as over a decade of experience working with persons with moderate to severe disabilities. Kumar has owned and operated a level 4I Adult Residential Facility prior to the establishment of KCS. Kumar has experience teaching strategies for supporting people with multiple disabilities, and also has specialized in the use of evidence-based practices for individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
Crishan has a B.S. in Kinesiology and continued on to earn his certification through the American Kinesiotherapy Association (AKTA) as a Registered Kinesiotherapist (RKT). Crishan has owned and operated a level 4I Adult Residentail Facility prior to the establishment of KCS. For over a decade he has specialized in the use of evidence
based practices and other forms of intervention for individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
